The car was sent to another shop for repairs. That was not a problem, but when the shop called to tell us the car was ready, it was still at the other shop, not the original one. We had to make a second trip to pick up the car. Not a big deal, but communications could be improved.

Armrest looks good but when they put it back together they didn’t clip the plastic coupler that swivels the arm in correctly so arm got stuck up first time I moved the armrest in up position and I had to fix. Other than that good experience

The work looks great. I just wish I had some more communication about my repairs. I was given pricing but not what was wrong until I called and inquired about it. I wasn’t given much choice about if I wanted to move forward with that repair, it was just assumed I agreed and done. I just wish I was more in the loop about the work actually done on my car.

I am not sure. The repairs are fine but not finishing the interior and finding out your back seatbelts don’t work when you are trying to pick up kids is extremely frustrating
