Repair was great but all seats in my mini van were folded down and not put back up. Additionally, the hood was not closed and this could have been disastrous if it flipped up while driving

Sam was very polite and easy to work with. She offered to have an additonal scratch buffed. When i received my car back not only was the scratch gone and my bumper fixed but the inside of my car was clear of trash as well as cleaned.

Front desk rep and car rental rep could improve. Sat there for over 20 mins with no acknowledgment of why I was waiting. Only to find out that everything was set with my car and just needed a rental. Also when i picked up my car i noticed there was still a scratch on my door mirror. This is on the door that was repaired. When I pointed it out was told that since i applied touch up paint, it wasn't covered. I understand that, however a call to me would have been nice so I could possibly pay for repair out of pocket.
