I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. I think this might be the second time I've had a car repaired at a Caliber, but this shop is special -- it is friendly, inviting, accommodating, and most importantly -- highly skilled. I'd definitely add Caliber to my go-to resources for car repair!

First the good news. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Also, my initial impression of the work done on my Lexus is positive. My concern is the lack of updates and transparency as to when the work would be completed. I was the one always reaching out for updates. A specific example: I called on Friday the 7th ( the date that was originally given for completion) to check on the status of my car. I was told they were pressing to get it done that day; I never heard back. On Monday the 10th I called and was told they they received the wrong part and it would delay completion. The point is, if the wrong part was delivered then why was I told they were pressing to get it done that day. Just be honest with me. I realize fixing an automobile has some ups and downs and things happen. Bottom line…better communication. Again, let me emphasize the folks I worked with were very nice folks and I appreciate their efforts.
