The repair of the hail damage is fantastic. My only concern is that I requested a quote on some other damage that we would pay for ourselves. I asked at the initial visit and never received an email, nor any other information. I asked again when I dropped the car off for the hail damage repair and was told that the quote would be made. An estimate was never done, and when our representative was asked about if, he stated " yes, I know you wanted one, but I was too busy".

Jerry Treloar was our service advisor, and he was very professional and timely in his communications regarding the repairs to our vehicle. The Chatfield location is always very clean, the staff is consistently efficient and friendly, and our vehicles (over the years) have always been repaired to the highest of standards. I have confidently referred family and friends to Caliber Collision (10128 Chatfield), and will most certainly continue to do so.
