I was notified to come and pick it up that it was ready. When I got there the old spare tire was in the back of my SUV along with a rim or wheel whatever it’s called. And there was a film from the water and paint all over the inside. There was also a piece of trim in the back that had gotten fluids all over it from the car that hit me, and that hadn’t been replaced and I had to point that out. I ended up having to leave my vehicle there for another three weeks I think it was after that

The updates I received from Sally were always great, I really appreciated it. Any time I called she always tried to answer my questions. I know it to longer to get my truck back than promised but it had nothing to do with Caliber Collision it was all Geico not returning calls, they wouldn’t even return my calls. So thanks Sally and I apologize if I spell it wrong Arielle for being there. Hopefully I’ll never see you guys again but if it happens I’ll be back. Thanks again!!
