They used an after market crappy bumper that didnt even look right and was all around junk. They didnt replace another part that was involved in the accident. So now he has to order those parts and redo it. And im going to be inconvenienced to take my car back and get another rental car all because they wanted to save a buck. It has not been a great experience.
