They fixed something small on my car that was unrelated to the accident free of charge. I appreciated that. Not everyone would do that.

There was confusion about the pickup date and time, with the automated texts giving different dates than when I called and spoke to someone in person. Was texted that the car was ready, so I made plans around picking it up after work (3:30). Then I got there, and it wasn’t ready. Not a huge deal normally, but I had another appointment at 4:15. Ended up missing my appointment while I waited for them to do the finishing touches. Everyone was very nice about it, but I would have planned differently if I thought the car wasn’t ready.
