Sam did an an outstanding job keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. I was able to pick up my truck 2 days early, and he stayed late after closing for me to pick up. He even took care of returning my rental for me since the rental location was already closed saving me from having to make an additional trip the following day. I'm more than satisfied with the level of customer service I received.

There is nothing greater ican say about the whole team there were a couple heck-up but they bucked-up and came back with unbelievable services. Meaning the whole team. They don't stop late nights acouple times.but even if I was busy we were in contact. Aslong as this team is in place. You can count on a great experience with caliber there no joke!!!!!

The people from the office to the lady that worked with Geico. They were all amazing the gentleman that dealt with my car I am I’m totally happy satisfied there’s nothing more that they could’ve did to make me more happy unless they just wanted to know 86th the $500 deductible but they can’t do that. They gotta make money too, so I was totally satisfied. It was great already told them if I ever had any other issues with any vehicle that I own or, know somebody that needs body repair. I would surely refer them to you guys.

The Calibers Collision team (i.e., front office, technicians, drivers, etc.) rendered excellent professional services. We were kept updated for the duration of our car repairs. The explanations in regard to parts and repairs were clearly stated upfront. I really appreciate the fact that Caliber Collision does high quality work and they complete the repairs in a timely manner. Moreover, they are customer friendly!
