Liz was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She explained the process in depth and made sure any concerns I had were addressed. The repair time was exceptionally fast! The quality appears to be very high. I have dealt with Caliber collision on a previous collision on our either vehicle and we were very pleased then as well.
