Left with a rattling piece that was not rattling prior to my repair. Why would a repair shop send a car home with a broken part that was not broken before? Whether the issue was a result of the accident or something being knocked loose during a repair the issue was not existent prior to dropping my car off.

My experience with Caliber Collision was wonderful. They did an excellent job on the repairs for my "baby". Finished when they said they would, kept me informed and the finished product was excellent. Would most definitely use them again if the need arises. Great customer service as well.
