first of all, the receptionist (i think her name was Starla) was very welcoming and engaging. Scott assisted me. He communicated the details of the work that was going to be done and was helpful throughout the experience. At pickup, he made sure the details of the finished product met my satisfaction. The entire experience at the Lodi store was very comfortable and treated me like a customer and not a problem like what sometimes happens at other businesses.

Scott explained exactly the work that was done to our vehicle and discussed what we might expect in the near future. He guaranteed all repairs and expected us not to hesitate if we ran into any further problems with Caliber’s work. Again, his communication was very good.
