Rita and Miguel were truly amazing in their roles especially when confronted with the complexity of repairing a foreign vehicle and the collaboration with uncooperative dealership personnel. They were professional, courteous and respectful. I admire their willingness to share important details extensively and thoroughly discussed steps along the way. They fought to get me a loaner vehicle when repair time with the dealership extended beyond the estimated date. They are angels and my saving grace 🙏🏽

I had a great experience working with Miguel. He was very kind, respectful, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Miguel took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the repairs being done. His customer service truly stood out and made the experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I really appreciated his professionalism and genuine care, and he made a very positive impression on me.

First, my car was repaired below the estimated duration of repair especially considering the Thanksgiving holiday. I was told it would take 7-10 business days. Well, it took 5 days including black friday. Secondly, I appreciated the daily text updates that kept me informed. The staff that attended to me were all respectful, engaging, have lovely attitudes, and just great people to work with overall i.e. Miguel and I forgot the name of the lady driver who gave me a ride home after dropping off my car for repairs. I am also pleased with the car repair work done. Overall, I am a satisfied and happy customer.
