I’m gonna give this a seven just because the original estimate went up dramatically once they figured out what travelers would pay to scrap the vehicle and they came in with their new estimate right below that that makes me feel a little iffy about the scams that may be insurance and auto body repairs have going on

I’m so impressed with Caliber Collision! The staff was courteous, honest, and transparent about everything. They handled everything efficiently — including communication with my insurance and car rental shop— which made the whole situation stress-free. The quality of the repair was top-notch; my car looks brand new again. They even detailed it before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. It’s rare to find a shop that works this efficiently and still delivers top-notch results. If you ever need bodywork or collision repair, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.
