I honestly didn’t expect to hear from anyone until Monday, so that level of responsiveness really impressed me from the start! When I dropped off my car at 9 a.m. Monday morning, Miguel C. greeted me at the counter with a warm welcome. He listened patiently and compassionately as I explained how the accident happened. His professionalism and empathy immediately put me at ease. He carefully went over all the paperwork, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. I thought the customer service level at this location was very good. The shop did everything in their power to get our car repaired the right way. I don't mind that it wasn't ready on the expected day. I would prefer that they fix any additional things they find before we pick up the car. Which is exactly what they did and that makes me feel confident that they have our best interest in mind. Miguel was very professional and helpful and so were the ladies at the front desk.

Rated highly by Farmers Ins, located in Lodi, the manager was able to take my car in immediately and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction 4 days earlier than estimated. Staff texted me almost daily to keep me informed as to changes in the cost estimates (minimal increases) and status of the repairs. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your consideration. John
