Absolutely fantastic experience! Very easy working with Caliber, even when someone else’s insurance was paying for the repairs. Sondra was very personable and great to work with. I really appreciated the daily updates and answering my questions quickly. I can’t believe how fast the repairs were! I know it was just a bumper, but it only took like 3 days to get the car back. And the work looks amazing, just like the day we bought it. I hope we don’t need repairs ever again, but if we do, we will be coming back to Caliber. Thank you all!
