The staff was friendly and helpful. I was kept well informed of the progress on my car. Working with the rental company to have pick up and drop off on site was very convenient. I was able to pick up my car much sooner than I thought. I am very pleased with the whole process. Thank you very much.

NPS 10 - of course I was shocked at the cost of fixing side view (I grew up in 80s when you reached out the window to adjust it) … but victor took me through details and helped with a small discount, turns out he was able to avoid full replacement and full calibration saving over $400 - team was totally transparent refunding the savings to me. I’m out of the dog house now! Thank you caliber!!

I am disappointed in the process. I was excited to pick up my vehicle and told all was ready to go. However, I drove up with my family to pick up the car and was told that when the new wheel was placed on the car, the alignment company had scratched the new wheel and now I had to have a new wheel ordered and return and spend gas driving back and forth to drop off the vehicle and have another new wheel replaced, and then have alignment checked. I should have never had to drive up and pick up the car and then return to have the job done correctly.

The car look fantastic but a couple of minor things was that one Wilderness emblem was left off the car and after it was detailed there a few areas that needed to be clean. Parker n I went over the car n she suggested that a bring it back to have these items taken care of. Other than that the car lol oked awesome . A big THANK You to Parker n the individuals who took care of the repairs …
