The customer service I received from Mike, Melanie and Lukas was Four Seasons-level, far beyond my expectations. They made an otherwise aggravating situation (getting rear-ended by a reckless driver) one of the greatest customer service experiences of my life. I was so impressed with the team at Loomis Caliber Collision. Mike was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly that I completely trusted him with my car. He really went the extra mile to keep me in the loop at all times. Melanie, the manager, was friendly and helpful as well as highly professional. I was given a ride home by another kind professional, so the whole experience with the team was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone. If my car ever needs more work in the future, I’ll be back.
