The customer service was outstanding! The staff was very responsive and attentive to all the concerns and repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was notified many times as the repairs were happening and completed. Highly recommend!

All through the process the communication was great! There were a few hiccups with some sensors but they handled it very professionally and made sure everything was perfect before I got my truck back. The crew at Loomis are great and I’ll recommend them any opportunity I get.

Great service, super communicative (thanks, Mike and Savannah!), and well done with the collision damage. My car looks brand new again. They also re-calibrated my car which is what I also very much needed after I got rear-ended, and delivered it to my home for my convenience. Melanie was very wonderful to drive my car even though I unfortunately was located a little bit farther than where I firstly told them to drop it off. They were still able to work it out. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the way they handled things with the insurance company responsible for my repair.

You have been incredibly informative throughout the whole process. Everyone I’ve spoken to is very professional and friendly. I didn’t even have to pick up the phone and call you to know the status of the repair. And doing the rental car through you with them picking me up and being able to drop the rental off at Caliber was very helpful. Top notch customer service. Thank you!

Everyone in the office was amazing! From the young lady at the front desk to the other young that popped out from the back to get me the rental car I requested right away.
