Yes! Unfortunately, not long after my accident my husband was in one. He scheduled his repair with another Caliber, but I asked him to use the Loomis location instead. Knowing they are more than capable of taking care of us and the vehicle removes one more thing from our plates. They are so deserving of our business and although I hope to not need a repair shop again- they have earned our business for life if we ever do.

Was walked through every step and kept up to date about my vehicle. Showed me photos of my vehicle while being repaired to show me exactly what was wrong and what was fixed. Kenny was so kind and patient and answered all my questions. Savannah also was extremely helpful and both have amazing costumer service skill and would highly recommend this place!
