I had the absolute best experience from the moment I walked into caliber collision. This is the first time I’ve ever had to have a vehicle fixed and Mike exceeded my expectations. Mike was polite and professional. He was very helpful and I left knowing my car was is in good hands. They kept me very informed with texts messages and emails. I was shocked how quickly I got my car back and it looks amazing…as if nothing happened. 10 out of 10 experience. I will recommend my family and friends to caliber collision. This is my first time ever having to have my car repaired from a collision, and I had the absolute best service. Mike was amazing. He made sure I knew everything that I needed to know and I felt very confident leaving my car to have it fixed with caliber collision. The results from the fix are amazing. It looks like it never even happened. 100% satisfied would recommend my friends and family and strangers to use caliber collision specifically Mike he was amazing and actually the whole staff at the Loomis location was a 10 out of 10.
