Caliber Collisions has incredible customer service as all the employees I interacted with were generously informative, courteous, and decisive. My truck came back perfect! Everything from communication to the quality of work was amazing. Mike did an amazing job communicating where they were in the process with my car, and letting me know time frame of completion. I was amazed that they inspected everything with my car and not just the part that was observably damaged. I was worried about my car since it was an EV, but they assured me they were EV and Ford certified. I was impressed with their thorough inspection of my car, they even replaced my license plate cover that was damaged in the collision! I was happy when I received my car because not only did it look good as new, it was cleaner than when they received it. The small things they did just show how attention to detail they were and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mike and everyone at Caliber that worked on my car!

Mike was our advisor, he was very professional from the first day and called and updated us on the status of the repairs. When we picked up our van, he polished out a small dirt scratch on our bumper, so the side of the repairs all looked complete. We appreciate the exceptional team effort from their office.
