Well, Mike and the whole team was a really professional. We had some hiccups with Parts and couldn’t get them in a timely fashion. But he communicated with me very well. And everything turned out excellent and I really appreciate everything you guys did.

The only complaint I have, was the miscommunication that the 20th & S location wasn’t Ford certified, thus my truck had to be transported to the Loomis location, resulting in an additional day.
