I want to commend Jesse for being a 1st class professional in terms of helping me with my time dealing with Caliber. He and his staff: Diana, Cynthia and Arnold were all so helpful and went out of their way to help me. The car was delivered before the expected date and looked beautiful. I had forgotten something in my rental and they helped me retrieve my things and saved them for me. I used to go to a different Caliber when I lived in the Palisades, but now I am closer to this one and will be sure to return here if I need any work done. Thanks for such good care Jesse.

Repair was fine, but texting me multiple times asking for this review is what led to the 6. Companies that beg for reviews over and over again are getting really annoying. It’s a basic muffler job, what needs to be said.
