Everything was handled in a very professional way. They answered all my questions and took plenty of time with me. The car was in excellent condition when I picked it up. They worked with me and my insurance company and I was pleased. I will certainly tell my friends about the good service.

The shop got me in right away and got the repairs fixed in three days. They coordinated for enterprise to pick the rental car up at their shop rather than have me drive to enterprise’s office then find a ride to pick up my car.

Caliber and it’s customers are very lucky to have Matt working for them. He is clearly passionate about cars, as well as, customer service. He went above and beyond in getting my car fixed and keeping me informed. I kind of wish I had more damaged cars to bring him! He was a true pleasure to work with. My car was fixed impeccably.

Wonderful experience. Fast, honest, clean, legit. Best experience I have ever had with a car body shop. Everything told was everything that happened. No delay or weird nonsense. Price was shown with proof of everything, even when someone was discovered. Excellent work, customer service and experience. Matt was legit, experienced, and honest. Would definitely come back if needed to.
