Lied and blamed everyone else for the delays that Caliber was responsible for. Car came back with damage in excess of 2k including labor that wasn't present beforehand but was safer to not let them touch the car again and eat the cost then let them break more things and take another month. No other collsion center has ever had a vehicle for longer than 4 days and this place can't be recommended to anyone.

Constant fabrication of stories and location of the car. Front Desk lady is rude and uses caller ID to filter out calls. She stated she doesn't know how to find a phone number for a business where they left my car. Incompetence!!!.
