There is dicoloring of the paint in a few places where we assume the glue was used on the hood to pull dents. Headliner was dirty.

I love Kim at the front desk. And Doug for going the extra mile when my car didn't have a dent when it came in but had a ding when it was done and he took care of it. My score is higher only for those 2 reasons.

My vehicle took 4 weeks to complete instead of the 2 I was initially quoted. No one ever communicated with me a to the reasons for the delays. Had I known it would take that long I would have scheduled it differently but was misquoted from the beginning
