Everything was excellent! Eronica and Brennan communicated with me throughout the time, always took my calls for updates they truly were amazing to work with it. It isn’t easy to not have your vehicle but if it happens they are the best! Brennan even let me know when the paint was the wrong color on my car…he could’ve easily just passed the along to me. They didn’t and he was super honest and told me the paint needed to be redone. They got me back in my vehicle as soon as they could. While I was unable to go get my car, Brennan and his team went as far as taking it to my parents home. Even though I live in San Antonio, I will definitely use this Lubbock office on any future needs should something occur. Thank you so much for the truly excellent job you did every step of the way!!!

The Audi pre sense and cruise control are not working on my vehicle. Calliber Collision was aware of these problems because they delivered my car to me. They kept my car 3 days after the day of “completion “ as well
