My car was not fully ready because some parts were missing. We paid and took the car, and my husband left me with it. I drove it and heard rattling; the frame around the back left tire wasn't attached. I had to purchase some Gorilla Tape to secure it. It's obvious that my car was not ready for pickup, and I spoke to the location the day prior. I was told it would be ready the next day.
