I initially chose Caliber Collision because my insurance adjustor had recommended them as highly approved for repairs on my Honda Accord. I soon found the communication between myself, Gabby, and Christina to be a great source of comfort and understanding of the repair process. Through texts and phone calls, Caliber Collision maintained constant contact with me, letting me know of the status of my car repairs. When I called with questions, Gabby and Christina were always pleasant to talk to as well as knowledgeable. When I needed extended accommodations to pick up my car, I was offered a ride to the location and was reassured there would be no additional storage fees. Both ladies were helpful, sincere, and professional. It gave me great confidence in the trust I had placed in Caliber Collision to repair my car. I was especially pleased to know all the parts were new and original Honda parts, and that the warranty on the work done, both mechanical and body work, was fully guaranteed. Ok...our vehicle was in the shop for 2 months due to wrong parts...damaged parts and paint booth broke down?...but towards the end we were told waiting to paint and install both doors..ok sounds good..what's a few more days..no big deal...but we picked up on Monday afternoon..and quickly seen a few issues...surely nothing that will take long to correct...

Great to work with! Communication could be better. A year ago when I tried to get this repair done, I never heard from this company that was supposed to schedule repairs with me. And I think that was going to happen again this time because I had to call and there was nothing scheduled on the board is what I was told. But once everything got going, communication was good!

My son just returned home from picking up the Honda Civic. I inspected the vehicle and there are bolts missing from the drivers side fender AND bumper. The piece next to the hood is misaligned and loose. His passenger window is scratched. I am incredibly disappointed in the result of our repairs. I called twice to confirm the repairs were complete. I asked several questions about the repairs and the estimates to ensure they were complete and safe. I need this corrected ASAP. As I mentioned in my multiple phone calls, we live in San Antonio and my son attends Texas Tech. We cannot take the vehicle back to Lubbock - I need these repairs fixed in San Antonio.
