I'm happy with the way my car looks. I know it's 100 percent guarantee and I know in the event something wouid go wrong. It would get taken careof. All of the employees I met were very nice and respectful. The people who worked on my car did an awsome job. My friend who is a mechanic said the guys did a outstanding job. So thanks Caliber continue doing a great job. Thanks to Aaron,,Mathew, Kim and the great ladies in the office. My sincere thanks to the gentlemen who worked on my car. I’m very satisfied with the customer service Matthew provided however I’m not very happy the work done on my car itself I drove 3 hours too get my car fixed there because of the such great customer service but not happy with work when I went too pick up my I was expecting it too be perfectly fixed and it was not however it did get worked on that same day when I went too pick it up the 2nd it was not what I expected which was perfection the lady Kim which she didn’t communicate with me the whole time my car was there stated oh it can’t perfect they they can’t keep painting over it it messes with the censoring had they done the job right the 1st time they wouldn’t have too keep painting over it. Very disappointing and dissatisfied.
