Christina and Caliber did a great job in keeping me informed and an excellent job in making the vehicle look great. Initially took to gerber collision but they would not fix the car. I should have gone to Caliber first. The only thing negative is that they left the car inside dirty. There was a lot of whit dust in the car driver side and middle console. Other than that good work.

Very smooth transaction. Brad assisted me and he was very accomodating, he is an awesome employee and easy to talk to.Answered all of my questions and assured me that I will get my car in no time. Sure enough, i got my car earlier than expected . The previous damage is now unnoticeable.

The time on the original qoute was 5 to 7 days, and still unsure how window got damaged and causing the cost to repair increase? Other than that car repair looks good and customer service was great.

They had my car for 3 weeks and charged the insurance 40 hrs worth of work? Lol always called saying it would be done tomorrow leaving a false sense of hope towards the situation. Either way we are out of each other's lives finally lol thank you.

My car is having issues, it does not detect the key after I picked it up and is stranded at my Grandaughters boyfriends house

Same day I picked up my car , it left me stranded. It would not and will not detect the key even when I put a new battery in the fob. Pop a lock tried to program the key but couldn’t and said it could be the power strap but it’s not the key
