The experience was great from start to finish. I was a walk in and received top notch service from the receptionist to the repair manger. They were able to take my car the next day and I had it less than a week. The car looked beautiful.

Very customer oriented. Very pleasant office or receptionist female. The coordination among and between insurance company, Caliber Collision and rental car agency was so fast and efficient. Finished repairs were so well done that the car looks just like it did prior to the accident. Caliber kept me informed of the progress relating to the repairs and anticipated completion date. Impressive.
