Very customer oriented. Very pleasant office or receptionist female. The coordination among and between insurance company, Caliber Collision and rental car agency was so fast and efficient. Finished repairs were so well done that the car looks just like it did prior to the accident. Caliber kept me informed of the progress relating to the repairs and anticipated completion date. Impressive.

It was reported to USAA and Caliber Collision that the vehicle started pulling to the right after the auto accident. However, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed to have picked up the car with it still pulling to the right and being told it has nothing to do with the accident.

They handled the witch of a woman who was paying for the repairs with grace and professionalism and took the stress and anxiety off of my plate. Melina pushed my car to the front of her priority and made sure i got back on the road. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
