Very satisfied with the repair. However, dissatisfied at the cost for the following reason. The cost was higher than than the estimate despite the fact that actual labor time was approximately 50 % of the 4.4 labor hours quoted in the estimate. I did not realize the discrepancy until I returned home and reviewed the estimate. The final cost should have been much lower than the estimate.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Steve was excellent in his delivery of service. I couldn’t have asked for more. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I got my vehicle back earlier than expected.

The team at Caliber are amazing they are extremely professional at stages during the process. From the mechanics to Steve the mgr to the front desk to the guy who details the car. They are all amazing. My car looks brand new you would have no idea it was in a accident.
