You guys did a great job at addressing the issues that the vehicle had. Probably would’ve been done a lot sooner had the back end of paper work stuff on the claims side been done faster but that wasn’t on you guys. Great work all around

Although my vehicle took more time than I expected, Ryan kept me updated with texts as well as staying patient with me in my conversations with him. He not only went into detail answering my questions, but he also went above and beyond to take photos of another issue he discovered that was not related to the original repair. So I give Ryan a 10+
