I am very happy with the way the court turned out of the repairs and Bill was just wonderful at keeping me updated and making sure everything was done and his receptionist there at the desk she was just wonderful also a big thank you to the both of them I would recommend them to anyone

After I was told vehicle was ready I discovered some minor items not completely done ( lose liner panels and missing fasteners which the advisor eventually fixed after I pointed them out. It seems they rushed through the job which was very minor and still got charged over 300 dollars.

The entire experience from drop off to pickup was amazing. Mary was quick to complete an estimate and schedule the work. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, she was on top of it. She was just as pleasant and helpful when I picked up my truck. The repairs look excellent. I told Mary I enjoyed working with her but I hope I don’t have to see her again :). If I need collision repair in the future I will return to Caliber and Mary without hesitation.

From drop off to pickup Mary was amazing. Quick estimate, easy to schedule the drop off and pick up. She stayed in touch with me the entire time my truck was in the shop. The repair itself looks great, no indication of the accident. I hope I don’t need your services again, but if I do I will immediately call Mary, she was great. The woman at the front desk was as a pleasure to work with as well. Great experience.
