I brought my car in on the 15th and Jamie was quick to help me out early in the morning. I was given a week as a timeline which I was able to provide the rental car company with a return date. I was soon after given an estimated completion date of 06/24 at which point I was going to contact enterprise on the 19th to extend the rental time frame. On the 19th, Jamie informed me it would be ready for pickup in the afternoon which ended up saving me additional money on the rental. I was able to get my car same day and the work was excellent. Cant thank caliber and Jamie enough for working hard to get the work completed ahead of schedule and save me money at the same time.

Great work, completed ahead of schedule, and Jamie was communicative throughout the entire process. They worked hard to get my car ready prior to the estimated completion date and it ended up lining up with my rental return date so they saved me money.

Great communication. I want to thank Ryan. He did a great job from start to finish. He also at the beginning asked what my concerns were and all my concerns were addressed. I received my truck back a few days earlier than expected. That was so nice again Ryan is exceptional and I’m grateful that you have him there. Additionally, all of the staff at the facility is very kind. Great service.
