Ryan was very communicative. I had constant updates and the work was done when I was told it would be done even though there was a problem getting one of the parts. There's even a small problem when I picked it up where the trunk wouldn't latch easily. They took it back, took apart the trim in the trunk, fixed it and put it all back together instead of trying to find a shortcut. The paint matches and it seems like it is a great job overall

Great communication from ryan j(?), quality of the work was great, and when I went to pick up we discovered a problem with the trunk not closing like it should. They took all the trim out of the trunk, made the adjustment and got it working. Bravo

Wow!!! Ryan and my technician Craig F were great. They both went above and beyond my expectations. I have a 2500 Silverado that was rear-ended by a new Escalade on the highway 🥲 Ryan listened to all my concerns (including my silly ones about my bumper) and was an exceptional communicator throughout the entire process. The repairs were done with OEM products, my interior bed liner perfectly matched, has a lifetime warranty on their workmamship and they addressed everything I could see and some I could not until they took it apart. They were right on time, no delays. Every encounter was positive and my truck looks great thanks to Craig!!!
