I was not amazed by the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. This was because Mr. Victor took his time and explained every detail to me, making me feel confident and at ease knowing that my vehicle is in the care of a knowledgeable person. My fender was dented so the body shop put on a new Fender. The Fender doesnt look like it was installed correctly as theres a big gap between the fender and my hood and it doesnt align. The other side of my car that wasnt damaged this big gap doesnt exist and everything lines up.

Customer service was good except when i recieved my car it wasnt fixed correctly as theres now a big gap between the fender and the hood, was told i will get a call back to bring my car back in and see what they can do to fix it, its been 2 weeks now and i didnt recieve the call, when i call the body shop was told the person Mike who i was dealing with is not there and no one have anything on file about fixing the gap

It was a little bumpy a few times but the quality of the work was excellent. There were factors beyond Caliber control for an older BMW and parts. Luckily I got my car and am able to meet all my healthcare commitments.
