The shop tried their best to make the aftermarket parts fit and gave me updates on the progress of the job. However, they should have communicated to Liberty Mutual the fitment issues and tried to resolve the issues before delivering the car.

I am unhappy with the after market parts because they don't fit well. There are gaps between the hood and the grill, and the bumper cover and the headlight. The hood also has been trimmed incorrectly from the manufacturer. The grill looks different than the original (maybe they order the Mexican rather than the Japanese style as this car comes in two different configurations). A section of the grill does not fit right. The team involved in the repair took pictures and said that they will contact Liberty Mutual for authorization to redo the job with original Mazda parts. To this date, 8/28/2019, I have heard nothing from them.

Aftermarker parts (hood, bumper cover and section of grill) did not fit well. There is a gap between the grill and the hood as well as between the bumper cover and the headlight. The hood is not trimmed properly due to manufacturer's defect. The grill seems to be different than the original (I suspect that they ordered the Mexican rather than the Japanese type. This car comes in two different configurations, Japan and Mexico). I spoke with the team involved in the repair and they said that this is the result of using aftermaket parts. They indicated that they will contact Liberty Mutual first for permission to replace the above parts with genuine Mazda ones. They took pictures and said they will notify me of Liberty Mutual's response. To this date, 8/28/2019, I have not heard anything.

when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was evident that the finishing details were not completed

excessive delays in completing the work. I was told the required work would take approximately 1 week. There were multiple delays and when I finally got my vehicle, it was nearly 3 weeks later

Lots of surface imperfections in clear coat and a drip noticed in color coat under clear on bumper. Also the area of repair was not fully smoothed prior to paint rusulting in visible sanding marks under paint.
