I was completely satisfied with my repair experience. Everyone at Caliber Collision was professional yet personable. Amber and Bradley were very nice and helpful, they made the process very easy. Jordan was on top of things, he always kept me updated with repair details throughout the different stages of repair. My car looks great and was promptply returned to me.I would definitely recommend Caliber to friends.

I would NOT recommend to anyone. When I pointed out a defect in their work they wanted to argue with me about it. I KNOW MY CAR and the defect wasn't there before I dropped my car off.

The overall experience with your business was positive. Being notified by text message of updates and where the vehicle was in the process was great. The staff was friendly. It was convenient having a Geico Express on site. The car repairs look great. The only negative was when I was notified and arrived to pick my car up, I was told it would be another day due to a engine light that came on. When I arrived the following day the car was ready. Justin was professional and informative throughout the process. I would definitely recommend your business to others.
