Theres still damage on my vehicle that was caused in the accident that i know i pointed out and never got fixed. The customer service was excellent, very nice and respectful staff. Just woulda been nice to fix all the parts that got damaged in the accident i had nothing to do with

The repair on the doors is just fine but the process of finding out what was wrong with the car should’ve been done the first day. I brought it in not three weeks later and the car didn’t get wiped down on the inside or the outside scuff marks sticky something on the window and dust all inside the car from my guess when I had the doors off, but I can live with that, but that’s why it wasn’t completely satisfied. The repairs were just fine.

This is the second time y’all sent me something and I filled it out so it’s not reading it. The work you did was great the timeframe in getting it done and seeing what was wrong what you messed up on from a week to three weeks that was unacceptable but it’s something I had to live with.

Repair looks great! It took longer than we expected and I wish there had been communication as to what was going on. The communication felt vague and I had to call in a few times to get updates.
