I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the whole process. The team were all polite and friendly and the repair was done faster than anticipated (I was told at drop off one to two weeks and got an update saying the 11th but it was completed within a week)! They even vacuumed and washed my car which is way above and beyond expectations (and I've been on the road the past couple months due to family matters so I know it was dirty). I'm thankful for their help in getting me back on the road quickly.

We dropped the car off April 1. Recieved 8 messages that it would be ready the 15th. On the 14th I recieved a message that it would be ready the 21st. A few additional messages stating the same then on the 21st I get a message saying the 30th. Then recieved a 'mistake' message stating they it wouldn't be ready until the 5th of May! I called and the tech (curtis) hung up on me!!!! Then spoke to Jennifer and told her I would like to discuss this and expected compensation and NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE to speak with me. I called corporate and was told someone would call me withing 48 hours, another lie!!!!
