The scheduling process was a bit complicated, but I think that was Geico's fault. They had Caliber texting and calling about an appointment that was after the one I actually had. As for service, the paint is not as smooth and shiny as the factory paint. The employees were all very nice and super helpful.

I did attempt to pick up the car a couple of times and found that things were incomplete or completed. Unsatisfactory. They were most accommodating in continuing to work on the car till they got it right

The automated texts, containing information that was not accurate, were misleading. I was given multiple dates as to when the work would be completed, through those texts, and when I called Calliber Collision. When I called Nationwide they quoted a different date for completion. As I was paying for the rental car insurance each day I had the car, I was running out of money. Finally Nationwide called and things got moving. When I went to Calliber Collision in person to check on the status of my car, the receptionist said, " Oh, your car is ready." I was stunned! This was on March 25th, 2026, a date that had never been mentioned to me. It was just in time, because I was preparimg to turn in the rental car. Calliber Collision, otherwise, was a nice experience. The staff is courteous, professional and kmowledgable and the facility is immaculate! Also the work they did on my car appears excellent...like I never really rear-ended my daughter's almost new car...lol!
