Because I hadn’t heard from them for weeks when I initiated the first call. I was told they hadn’t started because it was towed in. I don’t understand what difference that makes, and I felt overlooked and put on the back-burner. And because of the mistake that was made and not addressed until I contacted the shop. I believe that whomever made the mistake knew it had happened but passed it on anyway. Still, I appreciate that it was corrected.

But I had a problem as I were driving didnt notice it until I got to 60 on speed limit my plastic up under my bumber needed to be reattached the pins needed to be attached plastic rubbing my wheel on passenger side my husband will bring when he gets off of work thank you

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They kept me up-to-date with where my car was in the repair process. When I inspected it after completion, I noticed a piece of trim over the wheel well that didn't fit properly, I was told that a new part would be ordered and it will be replaced (likely next week). I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend Caliber Collision to others. Thank you for making a bad situation better and for.making my car pretty again!
