Everyone was great, professional and friendly from start to finish. The whole process was made so easy and simple and the regular updates about my car were awesome. And the car looks FANTASTIC. I should hope I never need collision repair ever again BUT if I do, Caliber is going to be 1st on my list to be sure.

Shaun is AMAZING! He stood up for me and helped me fight against State Farm in getting my van repaired that another shop had damaged whom was working under State Farm contract. State Farm was refusing for a year to fix my van under their policy and Shaun stood his ground and made what was wrong wright. He and his team did an AMAZING job on my van and kept me up to date on what was going on. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend Caliber for any repairs as they not only are very friendly but most importantly they are honest and trust worthy which speaks volumes when it comes to integrity!!!! Thank you sooooo much Shaun and your team for all that you have done!!!! Hands down you guys are the best!!!!
