Totally satisfied is an understatement. I recently had my Tahoe at this shop for an extensive repair that ultimately totaled nearly $20,000. The vehicle is still relatively new, so obviously I had extremely high expectations for how it should look when I got it back. I’m also in the automotive industry myself, which unfortunately makes me an absolute nightmare of a customer. I am incredibly picky, extremely detail-oriented, and I notice things that most people would never even think to look at. I know what factory fit and finish should look like, and I’m probably the last person a body shop wants walking around their finished repair with a magnifying glass. Then there’s Dan. Dan literally called me almost every single day with an update. Not just when there was something important to tell me — he went out of his way to keep me informed throughout the entire process. He even sent me pictures along the way, knowing full well how crazy I am about details and how much I wanted to see the progress. That level of communication and customer service is almost unheard of anymore. And the workmanship was absolutely incredible. When I picked the Tahoe up, I went over EVERYTHING. Panel gaps, alignment, paint, trim, fit and finish — all of it. I was fully prepared to find something that wasn’t quite right. I couldn’t. In fact, they somehow managed to make the vehicle look better than it did from the factory. There were little things that didn’t look quite perfect when the vehicle was brand new, and they actually corrected those details during the repair. Things that were merely “factory acceptable” before are now absolutely perfect. That is an unbelievable level of attention to detail. Nearly $20,000 is a substantial repair, especially on a relatively new vehicle, and I can honestly say I could not be happier with the result. The Tahoe looks phenomenal, and the quality of the work exceeded even my ridiculously high expectations. This isn’t just a shop that repairs vehicles and sends them out the door. They genuinely take pride in what they do, and it shows. As someone in the automotive industry, I know the difference between good work and exceptional work. This was exceptional. I would recommend this shop to my family, my friends, my customers, and anyone else who wants their vehicle repaired properly the first time. Outstanding workmanship. Outstanding communication. Outstanding attention to detail. And Dan — thank you for putting up with You guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. 10/10. I couldn’t be happier.

I have had other accidents but never have I been so informed during my repairs. Dan called every or every other day to let me know the progress.
