I cannot in good faith recommend this shop. The work was done well but they lost all my trust.

Work was done well but shop was hard to reach and communication was poor. My car was marked finished via insurance so my rental was due before the last part had even been delivered. I had to fight the insurance to extend my rental because Caliber wanted to mark it complete by the end of the month. When I called the shop, I rarely got through to my service agent and only spoke to the front desk. I was promised update calls I never received unless I checked in with the shop directly. I do not plan on using Caliber again.
