My experience was great. John sent me a text of every step being taken with my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle he explained everything to me . He was very professional and kind . The receptionist (not sure of her name ) was really polite. Overall everyone was wonderful.

On dropping off the car I presented and gave the receptionist the check I received after the deductible from Travelers for $ 358 dollars When I picked up the car , the receptionist had no posting record of the check I had given her .

The damaged area was not repaired, the appraiser chose the wrong side. It is the damage to the left front fender, head light, bumper and area in front of tire on driver's side. It has red paint from the other vehicle that hit my car.
