The car repair took over 8 weeks to be done. When I drove the car home after the repair it did not drive the same way that I remembered but gave it a few more weeks in different driving conditions and the car feels completely unbalanced, breaks are unreliable and slip at almost any speed breaking. Whoever did or my guess, did NOT calibrate the car has risked and put my families life at risk now. The car needs to be reassessed by Calibur Collision and notification to Progressive (Insurance company who recommended Calibur) need to be notified. We urge you to correct this at your earliest convenience.

Called 4-5x to get updates and never got one email or text back till 7weeks after they had possession of my car. Always had an excuse as to the whereabouts and real expected wait time for repair.
