The work performed was very satisfactory and Chris was helpful. My only disappointment was that the car was left there the morning of November 14 and the estimate wasn’t completed until the end of business on Tuesday, November 19.

All necessary repairs were completed very well. However, there is now a scratch on the leather steering wheel that was not part of the accident.

The representative kept postponing my car pick up time and it took them up to 3 weeks to fix my car!! When I went to pick up my car, the front lights accessories were not matching. Atleast, I was expecting a better job to be done to my car in these three weeks. This unexpected postponing of car pick-up lead to some financial issues as a college student since I had to extend car rental multiple times (Also, I was paying on my own!!).
